Overview

During the project, we reimagined the user experience of the Duna House website. Based on comprehensive customer research, we created a transparent digital platform that refined the property search customer journey, including mortgage lead generation. The result is an easy-to-use website with a clean design and an outstanding user experience.

Challenges to solve

Leveraging synergy: How can we increase our client’s mortgage origination through property search and sales?

Solution

We based the new website on real customer and business needs, designing both the functional and design elements of the property sales site (dh.hu), while also considering the specificities of the mortgage lending platform (credipass.hu). We simplified the site’s structure and created conversion-optimized user journeys. The result was a modern, conversion-focused website that was validated on both business and customer sides before development began.

Strategic workshop

To define business directions alongside user needs, we held a strategic workshop with our client at the beginning of the project. Building on customer insights, we outlined the core goals and features that shaped the new website’s foundation.

Business Requirements Document

Based on the insights from the workshop, we created business requirements documentation that defined the scope and focus of the design and implementation phases. This documentation ensured efficient website planning and alignment with both business and user expectations.

Clickable prototype and validation

We created a clickable prototype of the new website, which allowed us to quickly and efficiently test planned features and the new user experience. Insights from user testing were incorporated into the prototype. Early validation enabled the UI design and later development implementations to be based on real expectations.

Validated UI design

We first created a Design system for the final prototype, which served as the basis for the new website’s visual identity. We placed strong emphasis on quality assurance, so final UI screen designs were also validated through user testing. This ensured that visual design never compromised functional usability.
