In our work with Cofidis, we focused on developing a comprehensive digital strategy to help their business thrive in the modern marketplace. This included supporting them in online lending through research, consultancy, and educational videos. The highlight of our efforts was the renewal of the lending process’s starting point by creating a multi-calculator, which, based on provided data, identifies the best loan options and conditions for potential customers.
We also revamped the landing pages for loan products to ensure a cohesive design that maximizes sales by adhering to top UX/UI standards. Additionally, we created buyer personas to better understand their target audience, mapped out the customer journey to optimize their marketing efforts, conducted an online communication survey to determine the most effective channels for reaching their customers, and developed a targeted pay-per-click (PPC) strategy to drive traffic and increase sales.
Additionally, we utilized a maturity survey to assess their current digital strategy and identify areas for improvement. Through these efforts, we were able to provide our client with a tailored digital strategy that better resonated with their customers and helped drive business success.

UX/UI strategy & implementation
Our work involved several key design projects to improve the user experience and drive conversions. We began by creating a new UI kit that would provide a consistent visual language across their website, making it easier for users to navigate and interact with their content. Next, we tackled the redesign of their loan calculator, simplifying the process for users and making it more intuitive. Finally, we worked on the design of new landing pages, optimizing them for conversion and ensuring they were visually engaging and easy to navigate. Through these efforts, we were able to improve Cofidis' user experience, making it easier for their customers to engage with their content and ultimately driving more conversions for their business.
Redesigning the loan calculator
During the redesign of the loan calculator, a key tool for their customers, our goal was to improve the user experience and make the loan calculator more intuitive and user-friendly.
The new calculator featured a streamlined design with clear labeling and visual cues to guide the user through the loan calculation process. We also ensured that the new calculator was optimized for mobile devices, making it easier for users to access and use on-the-go.
New navigation
Our team worked closely with Cofidis to design a new navigation system that would improve the user journey and increase engagement. We conducted extensive user research to identify pain points and areas of confusion, and used this data to create a new, intuitive navigation system that would provide a more seamless experience for the user
UI kit
Our team worked closely with Cofidis Hungary to identify the key areas of improvement in their user interface design and determine the most effective solutions. Through this evaluation, we were able to identify inconsistencies and areas of potential confusion in their existing design, and work to address these issues through the creation of a new UI kit. This new kit included a range of customized design elements and user interface patterns that were carefully designed to enhance the user experience and improve overall usability.
Email marketing
As part of our ongoing partnership we worked with Cofidis to develop an email strategy that would better engage their customers and drive conversions. Our approach involved a thorough evaluation of their existing email templates, as well as an analysis of their target audience and business goals. Based on this analysis, we developed a customized email strategy that incorporated the redesign of their email templates to better reflect their brand identity and provide a more engaging user experience.
